Watchtower Of Turkey: Film director saves travelers the trouble of ever visiting Turkey.

After watching this video, you may never want to go to Turkey.

is on my list of Destinations To Visit, just not anytime soon (oops, we went to Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya, Kekova, and Ephesus). In the meantime, I watched ”Watchtower Of Turkey,” a great travelogue that, ironically, made me feel as though I had already been there and don't need to ever go there (see previous caveat).

The “Watchtower Of Turkey” was directed and edited by Leonardo Dalessandri.

It's a masterful video with amazing cinematography from the director's trip across Turkey covering 3500 kilometers in 20 days.

I've crossed Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus, Istanbul, Konya; and tasted baklava, kunefe, doner, the turkish tea; and got the chance to meet the soul of Turkey, its people.. and got their smiles and their hospitality.

The by Ludovico Einaudi is equally good and well-matched to the . the whole thing, and you'll feel like you never have to go there. (The Turkey Tourism Board must love that.)

Watchtower of Turkey from Leonardo Dalessandri.
