The Feel-Bad Movie of the Year.

I recently saw the summer blockbuster, Zeitgeist, The Movie. It's a harrowing thriller about a secret cabal of elite power brokers who allegedly orchestrated the World Wars (while funding both sides of the conflicts to reap obscene profits) in an effort to form a single global government; a New World Order.
Filmed documentary-style—with more than a nod to Ken Burns—Zeitgeist is an edge-of-your-seat, pulse-pounding, roller-coaster romp through the fascinating worlds of international banking, religion, politics and recent human history. There aren't any current A-list actors in the cast, but there are a few notable cameos by perennial paparazzi-bait: Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, and Jesus. I found the film to be an eye-opening (and then eye-closing) tale of intrigue on par with Paddy Chayefsky's 1976 yell-fest, Network, only without the actors, script or budget.
In summation, if you can only see one conspiracy-laced, online video this year (because Homeland Security is monitoring your IP address—and they are), make it this one. Watch this exciting 8-minute trailer on YouTube.
