Does Dick Cheney have Alzheimer's?

When the Iraq invasion started going South (you know, around Day Two) I thought Dick Cheney was stupid and incompetent for not knowing the possible consequences of invading Iraq and toppling Saddam Hussein.

Now, after watching this 1994 interview with him, I realize he's just forgetful. Really, really forgetful.
